Looking for a hotel anywhere in the world? Try the recently revamped Hotel Search feature at NewYork.com! If you ask someone about their recent travels, most people will talk about where they stayed. Accommodations, good or bad, play a big part in how much you ultimately enjoy your trip away from home. Finding and booking the right accommodations in the most-visited city in the U.S. can be particularly daunting. The cost, quality and locale of New York hotels vary widely. The good news is, whatever your style there’s certainly plenty to choose from, with NYC lodging ranging from hostels to high-end hotels. Remember to sign up for the NewYork.com newsletter which contains special discounts on New York Hotels!
To help you find comfort on the road, NewYork.com just revamped our Hotel Search with lots of new search features. In addition to the standard selections by date, location, price and quality, the added capabilities let you target your search to find lodging tailored to your lifestyle. With NewYork.com advanced Hotel Search options you can specify amenities that are important to you. View photos, virtual tours and maps, and read a quick description about the hotel and its policies.
Vacationing families can search for children’s activities, swimming pool and pets allowed. Businesses can save time by narrowing the search to hotels with meeting rooms and services. Travelers trying to stay in shape can look for fitness facilities. If food is a factor, search for complimentary breakfast, in-room kitchen or hotel restaurant. Or if you already know the hotel you want, just look for the name.
As an extra perk, the NewYork.com staff has highlighted several hotels with added New York City hotel reviews and ratings by customers. For the ultimate in luxury, try the famed Plaza overlooking Central Park, and step out the door for some world-class New York shopping on Fifth Avenue. If you’re looking for hip and affordable, check out the Pod Hotel in Manhattan’s Midtown East, an invigorating walk away from the Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, the United Nations, and Grand Central Station. Or overlook Times Square from the Edison Towers, just a stroll to the Broadway theaters.
Hotel Search on NewYork.com realizes that everyone has different needs. Once you decide what is important to you, the advanced search can help you look for options that suit your lifestyle, schedule and budget. When you find a place you like, you can check availability by dates for a number of guests and rooms. Finally, you can make your reservations.
You can also use Hotel Search on NewYork.com or call 1-800-611-7485 to find accommodations in destinations around the world. And soon to come, NewYork.com is renovating its Restaurant Search to include more searchable dining options!

cool, good job man..
Well, since you kinda know how far is too far to walk for you, do a quote and sort the results based on distance from Universal — the results should show how many miles the hotel is from the theme park.
For instance, head over to http://www.resideo.com/us/california/universalcity and click the "Check Availability" button. Choose your dates, submit the form, then select "Universal Studios" from the 'distance' dropdown — that'll put the closest hotels first — and show you how many miles away each is!
That way you'll know exactly how far away you'll be! You can read about each hotel, view pics & book online.
Hope that helps…good luck!
The Ramada is quite close:

Yes, the officer may search the room. But, only if he saw the person on the arresting warrant entering that room, and therefore give rise to probable cause. Another way the officer may search your building is under suspicion, if people hanging around your hotel are friends of the officers suspect warrant, under the suspicious clause he may pat down and search for the public safety.
The worst senerio is you force the officer to get a search warrant, which he can in minutes, and he finds the criminal in your hotel. You as a manager or desk person of the hotel may be arrest for obstructing justice, conspiracy…etc., over five years in jail and fined.
Its best to respect the local and federal police to avoid any type of criminal prosecution, or you may spend big money hiring an attorney, just to get a lighter sentence.
hotels.com
try http://www.hotels.com
http://www.orbitz.com
It's a legitimate website, you can get great deals on packages.
If you know the city or town you will be or are wanting to stay in, try these*

Well, where do you want to go? In North America, usually it is cheaper to go to the front desk, than booking through travel or the internet, but you run the risk of not getting a room, if you travel during the high season.
If you are going to Asia, it is cheaper to book through the internet than going to the front desk directly. Site that specialize in Asian hotels is called http://www.asiatravel.com, the site will give you a better rate than hotels.com, travelocity.com or orbitz.com.
Europe, not sure of any travel agent. I went to Greece for one week, and it cost me US$640.00 for 7 nights in a resort 2 bedroom condo. I got the voucher from http://www.usfreetravel.com.
If you want I have an extra voucher from usfreetravel, that I won't be able to use. I am willing to give this for free, at no cost to you. If you travel in the US, it will only cost you US$280 for 7 nights, but outside the US, it will be about US$600 to US$700.00. You will not be giving me any money. The money, you have to pay to the hotel. There is no timeshare presentation, you simply stay at the hotel and enjoy your vacation.
I am offering this gift to other people also, so I'll give it away to anyone who asked me first. There is one more condition, you have to make the booking at least 2 months in advance, 3 months will be better. Arrival has to be Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
